Looks like the sort of article I would write. As for as DHS (CPS) turning over a new leaf, I have no reason whatsoever to believe it. Through the years, this bureaucracy has been supposedly overhauled and remade several times, which amounted to a new name for the same old criminally malfeasant operation. Like the old saying- "You can't turn a turd into a steak no matter how much A-1 sauce you use"
