Action for Children and Youth Aotearoa (ACYA)'s comments follow the release of a United Nations report on the Government's performance in implementing the Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCROC).

ACYA chairman John Hancock today said New Zealand had reached standstill on children's rights, and was a significant distance away from fully implementing UNCROC.
