SALT LAKE CITY — Prosecuting child sex crimes and removing predators from the streets is something Utahns expect, even demand from the courts.
But the reality of handling child sex abuse charges doesn’t match the simple process you often see on today’s popular TV crime shows. Instead of an hour-long episode, taking a case from an initial arrest to a verdict can stretch out for a very long time. FULL STORY
That's what the problem is with CPS cases in general. The Masses have no clue that the courts they see on TV are not even remotely like what Family Courts are. That is, until YOU find yourself or a member of your family accused for something ABSURD and they are AGHAST at the injustice in Family Court. That's when people find AFRA- after the fat is in the fire.
