Message: What is the specific amount of capital Washington State receives each fiscal year per head for "foster child/Adopt" crimes?
There is no "specific" amount.
Generally speaking, a foster family gets around $500 a month. If they decide the kid needs doped out of their heads, the money jumps up. As much as $12K a month. Which still doesn't necessarily mean they will feed the kid.
Elena Andron's 9 year-old son Johnny, could not walk, talk or feed himself. He had cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He starved to death in $12,000 a month Foster Care in Michigan.
