Now that Congress has restored the authority of the Department of Health and Human Services to offer waivers from rules limiting how states can use a large part of their federal child welfare funds, NCCPR has a publication detailing the potential amount of money involved for each state. The waivers allow federal money that now can be spent only on foster care to be used for better alternatives as well.
In addition, this guide looks at another issue: the amount of money that states legally, but unconscionably, take from the meager amount the federal government makes available for prevention and family preservation and divert into things like child abuse investigations and foster care.

I have no optimism whatsoever that anything will happen but the FRAUDULENT Organized Crime Ring will continue as if nothing happened.
