Oh please. The Child Protection system in the US is nuclear powered and utterly insane.
The simple solution to the problem is MAKE CHILD ABUSE A CRIME.
Right now, it's not. That's THE PROBLEM.
As for American society, our culture has been under relentless attack ever since the 1970's. The destruction of the country is now nearly complete.
