Info Request- I want your CPS Complaint
Today, I had a nice phone conversation with Dr. Graves of JurisDictionary.  I had emailed him asking about working up a special version specifically for helping people defend themselves against CPS.  He expressed that he was just too busy to do that and suggested perhaps I could adapt his information specifically to CPS defense.
So now I am looking into doing that.  And immediately ran into a brick wall.
The first thing we know about a CPS case is- it is more or less a LAWSUIT.  

• What starts a lawsuit is the COMPLAINT by the Plaintiff.  
• As the Defendant, you need to respond to that Complaint.

Right there is my PROBLEM.  My own case never made it that far.  My involvement with CPS was VOLUNTARY, until they decided to BLAME ME as the CAUSE of things I had nothing whatsoever to do with.  After that, it took very little time and trouble to fix their little red wagons over that.  I just ended up madder than hell forever and at 100% total, complete WAR with them.
Over the years of teaching others how to fight CPS, their cases were always so advanced that whatever the original Complaint might have said- made no difference at the level the case had developed into by the time the "consumer" found me.  All this time, we have been working on Defense a lot further down the road.
So, in order to begin developing a system of DEFENSE, I need to see some original COMPLAINTS the agencies have filed against YOU, their "consumer" or "client".
These Complaints ARE Public Record, so there is no legal reason (I am aware of) why you cannot share your original Complaints with me.
I need them for the purpose of showing people HOW to develop a DEFENSE against the Complaint from line 1.  And I need to see enough of them to work up a "generic" defense.  Defense BEGINS with HOW you respond to the original Complaint.
If you have your original court Complaint from CPS already scanned in, or you can easily scan it in, I would very much like to see it.  If it would make you more comfortable, you can black out your names and addresses on a COPY of that Complaint.  I do care about what state you are in and the actual verbiage in the Complaint itself.

WATERLOO (KWWL) -- Nearly 80% of child abuse cases in Iowa are actually cases of child neglect - when a parent or other caregiver puts a child in a dangerous situation. Many times that revolves around drugs or alcohol. Sometimes those cases are never reported until it's too late.

Iowa Department of Human Services officials say the number of neglect cases in the state rose 79% last year. The number of physical abuse cases dropped. Only 9% of cases in 2009 were from physical abuse. DHS officials say the top factors in abuse and neglect cases are alcohol and drugs.

"If we could, by the magic wand, get rid of these drugs that are so debilitating and cause people to make such bad judgments, if we could get rid of that, the temptation to use them, we would halve the rate of child abuse or neglect or more," said DHS spokesman Roger Munns.  FULL STORY

It seems like the system is getting a tad more honest. They are admitting that what you and I think is ABUSE is a rather minor portion of their cases at 20%. 

Real abuse is a CRIME and should be handled as such by the police, not the malfeasant and incompetent DHS. 

If anybody were observing the Constitution, the KIDS would have their RIGHTS observed. Being kidnapped and held for ransom by DHS is NOT their "Best Interest" Civil Right.

The standard CPS mode of operation is to kidnap the kids, unconstitutionally Legally Abuse the parents for Imaginary Crimes, dope the kids out of their heads in state custody, fraudulently collect their Medicare, and put them up for sale in the Kiddie Pound. 

There is absolutely nothing honorable or good in this agency. They have NO success stories. They destroy every life they touch.

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Refusal to work with attorneys, return phone calls or even tell authorities where foster children have been placed are among the complaints listed by several child-serving groups against Nebraska's child welfare services.

Voices for Children in Nebraska, Nebraska Appleseed and other groups gathered Wednesday in Lincoln and released a letter signed by more than 800 organizations and individuals calling on the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services for more information, transparency and accountability in the reform process.

The state has been transferring control of foster care and other child services to contractors.

The state has lost three of its five contractors over the past six months.

Nothing to see here, move along.  Government is good, people are bad.

Australia- A whistleblower who exposed failings in the Northern Territory Child Protection system says she was threatened with disciplinary action when she tried to raise concerns.

Susan Mansfield, a social worker at the Royal Darwin Hospital last year, says her notifications about pregnant 12-year-olds and drug-affected parents kept being brushed aside.

An independent child protection inquiry has since documented dangerous failings with how warnings were dealt with, including a backlog of nearly 1,000 cases.

Ms Mansfield says when she raised her concerns with the Children's Commissioner, the Health Department threatened her job.

"Upper management made me feel intimidated and like I had done the wrong thing and there was a verbal threat of disciplinary action," she said.

"So you're made to feel like you're doing the wrong thing."

Northern Territory ombudsman Carolyn Richards says Ms Mansfield has been incredibly brave.

"She was subjected to a shut-out," Ms Richards said.

"Every email she sent to the child protection service would be re-routed back via the head of the child protection service, through the general manager of the hospital, through to her immediate superior.

"And she was told that she was not to make reports other than with the approval of her superiors."  FULL STORY

A former Yuba County Child Protective Services worker who falsely told a man he faced child molestation allegations was found guilty Monday of all 16 felony counts – including attempted extortion, attempted grand theft and accepting a bribe.

Yolanda Perez Fryson, 43, is scheduled to be sentenced Nov. 29 in Placer County Superior Court.

Fryson was on administrative leave from her Yuba County job for separate allegations of passing checks with insufficient funds when sheriff's deputies arrested her two years ago in a Starbucks parking lot near her home in Rocklin.

She had told a Roseville man he was the subject of a file she possessed involving child molestation allegations. He contacted Yuba County officials, who in turn alerted the Placer County Sheriff's Department. In an undercover law enforcement operation, the man was given $10,000 that an officer saw Fryson accept Oct. 30, 2008.

Roseville resident Christopher Lindsay, who has filed a lawsuit against Fryson and Yuba County in federal court, said that Fryson told him she could make the charges go away by paying her $10,000.

The man falsely told he faced sexual molestation allegations and then assisted law enforcement in a sting that ended with the arrest of Child Protective Services worker Yolanda Fryson is suing her and Yuba County.

Roseville resident Christopher Lindsay said that Fryson told him she could make the charges go away by paying her $10,000. Fryson, 43, was arrested two years ago after a taped sting that law enforcement said ended with her accepting the bribe money officers provided Lindsay.

Lindsay states after Fryson first contacted him that he couldn't go home or to work until he was able to prove that the allegations were false.

"Plaintiff knew that he was innocent but here there was a county worker from Yuba CPS," Lindsay recounted, "alleging these horrible things."

He said he was unable to sleep, started drinking heavily and displayed mood swings toward loves ones. Lindsay, in the suit field Oct. 21 in federal court in Sacramento, said he just lost interest in everything, could not focus at work "and would just stare at his computer monitor all day long."¹

Child Protective Services failed to adequately supervise Fryson, according to the suit.

Russ Brown, spokesman for Yuba County, said, "We are unable to comment because this matter is in litigation."²

Lindsay declined to comment on his legal filing until the criminal case against Fryson concludes in Placer County Superior Court. Jurors heard closing arguments Thursday and began deliberations Friday.

Deputy District Attorney Stephanie Macumber included in her closing argument a reference to how Lindsay said he'd been dealing with Fryson's actions for two years. "These false allegations rocked his world in ways you can't imagine unless you're there,"³ Macumber said.

Justin Mixon, the defense attorney representing Fryson, contends she's a victim of law enforcement entrapment and that the matter "became about money when the government got involved."⁴

But Mixon also told jurors that if he were Fryson, he'd apologize to Lindsay for the molestation allegations that were "totally false."

"She did a bad thing," he said. "She shouldn't have accused this man."⁵

"It was wrong," Mixon added. "It was absolutely wrong."

1- God knows a bunch of us have been there.  Here I am, almost eleven years later, not exactly staring at my computer screen.  I am still madder than HELL, and I won't be happy until this entire TYRANNICAL system is defanged and shut down.
