"Helping Clients When Parental Alienation Occurs."

Major Family Services
Hello Friends of MFS,

Thank you for your continued interest in Major Family Services (www.MajorFamilyServices.com) and your dedication to better parenting and the stop to parental alienating behavior.  I want to share with you great news. Last year the editorial staff of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association asked me to write an article on parental alienation for their magazine, Valley Lawyer.  I wrote an article entitled "Helping Clients When Parental Alienation Occurs." That article appears in the May 2013 issue of Valley Lawyer Magazine.

My article stresses why Parental Alienation is such an important and volatile issue in today's family courts. The article explains that when parents and attorneys use their children's emotions to "win" their case, their children (or child) may suffer
permanent emotional and psychological damage.

To aid attorneys in recognizing the syndrome, the article identifies different forms of Parental Alienation and the types of individuals who usually become alienators. The article then makes suggestions as to what attorneys should do to minimize or stop parental alienation or parental alienating behavior.

Thank you for all your support.
