"The Rape of Justice"

My article, "The Rape of Justice", published in the autumn 2011 issue of the Salisbury Review, is now available on open access on their website.  This is a very prestigious journal of conservative thought in the UK.  The article connects the recent spate of prominent figures accused of rape (Strauss-Kahn, Assange, Berlusconi), plus the celebrated "slut walks", with the hidden epidemic of false rape allegations against lesser mortals.
