Colorado- Christopher Dodson, accused of child abuse for fracturing the skull of his 4 week old daughter back in 2009, is now a free man.
Tuesday, an El County District judge dismissed the charges because the suspect’s “constitutional rights were violated”. His trial was supposed to start on Tuesday, but that was two days past the timeframe for a speedy trial. FULL STORY
I left a comment on that story-
As the co-founder of American Family Rights Association, I am absolutely mystified about the system suddenly finding the accused has Constitutional Rights. Rather uncommon and unusual.
I guess the difference here is, this is REAL court, not the miserable family court where second and third-hand hearsay and CPS worker lies and perjury is JUST FINE.
In this case, the lawyers actually did a Vigorous Defense, which is highly unusual too.
While this guy walks free, and probably shouldn't have- there are ten thousand innocent, falsely accused, maliciously prosecuted, and poorly defended parents out there crying for JUSTICE.
