This is a SAMPLE of a DECLARATION to be used in objecting to the exaggerations, misstatements and multiple errors often put into CPS court documents by CPS caseworkers. It can be adjusted to use to object to psychologist reports, in which case it would be called “Objections and Corrections to the Report of the Psychologist”. [...]
