This story regards the new Constitutional Amendment Mississippi is considering- Initiative 26 would define personhood as "every human being from the moment of fertilization, cloning or the functional equivalent thereof."
A Woman's Right to Choose-
That's sure a worn out phrase, isn't it? The phrase has been belligerently shoved down our throats every possible way ever since it was coined in the 1960's. It's one subject the believers are perfectly comfortable being total bullies about. It may be the First Commandment of the goofy Earth-worship religion.
Pretty much until the moment a baby's entire head is exposed to the world, that baby can be "aborted". Theoretically that's a "Woman's Right to Choose".
After that moment, a woman loses ALL rights to her baby and all authority over her baby. That's when ALL of the support of the woman's "Right to Choose" ceases.
Because we now live in a fully-implemented socialist Nanny State.
Am I exaggerating?
How about a different angle on a mother's Rights over her baby? Is parenthood nothing but endless responsibilities and no authority?
It really has come to the point that a parent has NO authority over what happens to her children in public school.
Now would be a good time to point out that America's children HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
They have all been supplanted by the new "The Best Interest of the Child". See "Best interest of the child- A new "Civil Right"- Furthermore, the role of "Mother" has been reduced to "Birth mom" or "Bio mom" and she has NO RIGHTS over that child whatsoever.
She has only RESPONSIBILITIES in the rearing of that child- completely subject to accusations of unfitness by anyone, even anonymously made to Children's "Protective" Services for "investigation".
CPS agents are NOT police. They take NO Sworn Oath. Their "investigations" are no such thing. They are more properly named "validators". They are going to make any allegation "stick" to the accused.
CPS agents operate under NO ethical constraints whatsoever and they have universal immunity and impunity from being caught LYING, even PERJURY in the unconstitutional court of NO Due Process.
Why? (you might be asking).
Because Child Abuse is NOT a crime. See- What Happens in the FOG
It's a lot worse out here in the real world for families than most people realize. In fact few people realize it until THEIR FAMILY is in the meatgrinder- and there aren't many lawyers who have a clue how to fight it.
So, the idea of stopping abortion by granting full Constitutional Rights to the unborn isn't going to help much. There are Billion$ to be made by government kidnapping the children, holding them hostage, and making them Legal Orphans.
Just think of it as a "Retroactive Abortion".
So if Mississippi is proposing to give Constitutional Rights to the newly-conceived, how about ensuring those children get their actual real Constitutional Rights before they turn 18?
