Thank you." -- Pepper Rodgers In November of 2011, we printed our first article, of several proclaiming the innocence of five people in Escambia County, Flroida who were facing false RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) charges. These individuals are finally free. Jimmy and Pepper Rodgers, the last of them with charges pending, were recently informed that their charges have been dropped. US~Observer's staff would like to thank all involved who worked very hard to keep these innocent people free.
