New Mexico USA- A Child, Youth and Families Department employee is in jail accused of inappropriately touching at least two teenage girls.
State police arrested 54-year-old Richard Bradberry at his home Friday evening.
CYFD officials said he was a supervisor at Camino Nuevo, a lockup for teen girls who have broken the law. Bradberry was supposed to keep an eye on the girl while they did their chores.
The agency said it has been investigating allegations about inappropriate contact since April, but Friday they got video evidence from surveillance cameras and called State police.
"He actually moved into a part of the building where he thought the camera was not, that he was not visible to the camera… in fact he was," CYFD spokesperson Enrique Knell.
State police said the girls that Bradberry allegedly touched were 16 and 17 years old.
Officials are looking into whether there are more victims.
According to authorities, Bradberry was released from jail Saturday night.
