James,
A federal appeals court has just stopped one of Planned Parenthood's largest state affiliates from receiving $13.5 million a year of taxpayer dollars.

This is a major victory that could reverberate to every state; Planned Parenthood is already fighting back, but so are we.

The ACLJ is preparing a critical amicus brief, supporting the state of Texas and its right not to give taxpayer money to abortion businesses. Will you sign this important pro-life brief with me?

Sign the ACLJ's brief defending a state's right to defund Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood claims that it will be forced to "close clinics" if the state law – that has been on the books since 2005 – banning abortion-affiliated businesses from receiving taxpayer funds is finally enforced. That is one claim from Planned Parenthood I hope actually comes true.

We can save taxpayer dollars; but much more importantly, we can save lives. Please add your name to our amicus brief today.
