Lawsuit filed in 2009 Edmond foster child's death
The biological parents of 2-year-old Naomi Whitecrow, who allegedly died of child abuse while in foster care, filed a lawsuit Friday against the state Department of Human Services and the Edmond foster parents with whom the agency placed the girl.
