In response to recent Senate action on federal education legislation affecting children in care, CWLA has created a summary document providing further detail about Senator Al Franken's (D-MN) Fostering Success in Education amendement to Title 1 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) reauthorization.
