Obviously the writer is unaware that his advice WILL lead to an investigation by CPS. Every item he lists as a sign of a "wimpy parent" is exactly what CPS expects parents to do. And when that child "acts out", that's the parent's fault too. There's serious trouble out here in the real world for families.
