A woman who posed as a child welfare worker to kidnap an infant from his immigrant parents in Jacksonville’s Westside could face up to 40 years in prison after pleading guilty Monday.
Jasmine Marie White, 19, is scheduled to be sentenced next month before Circuit Judge Mark Mahon.
