This is an absolutely standard CPS case. The only actor in this Soap Opera who is not reciting his lines properly is this judge.

CPS agents are NOT law enforcement. They are NOT police. They take no Oath. They have immunity and impunity and cannot be punished when caught in their typical Bald Faced Lies, malfeasance, and incompetency.

They submit Sworn Affidavits to the court, but there is nothing sacred for them to swear on.

CPS IS the unratified UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, defacto in force since 1974.
