California Gov. Edmund Brown today signed into law legislation that requires public schools to portray homosexuals, transgenders and others who choose alternative sexual lifestyles as positive role models for children in the state's public schools.

"History should be honest," Brown stated on his state website. It represents an important step forward for our state, and I thank Sen. Leno for his hard work on this historic legislation."

Mark Leno's plan now will require schools to promote homosexuality and other alternative sexual lifestyles to children without parental permission or even knowledge. FULL STORY
