Bedford Co., VA - The social work manager of Child Protective Services in Bedford County is charged with driving drunk, the police chief says.

Chief Day says Deborah Drake crossed the double yellow line and hit another vehicle head-on April 9 on Burks Hill Road.

According to a police report, an officer smelled alcohol on Drake and observed her slurring her speech. She and the driver of the other car were taken to the hospital with minor injuries but have been released, Day said.

Investigators are waiting for the results of a blood alcohol test, expected within six weeks. FULL STORY

I left a nice message there-

Nothing surprising here. CPS people have no morals or ethics. You have to cut them slack because not many people can stand kidnapping kids, holding them for ransom, lying through their teeth to judges, and destroying families.

It's a good thing the job pays enough they can afford to get drunk or high so they can keep being the fascist tyrants the job requires.
