SANTA FE, Texas — A state Child Protective Services worker took a Santa Fe woman’s two children only to have a judge reunite the family the next day, a family attorney said.

A spokeswoman for Child Protective Services said the state generally doesn’t comment on issues involving juveniles, but it hasn’t received a complaint on the matter.

The decision, which left Gala Teel without her two boys, isn’t under review, the spokeswoman said. The state still has a temporary conservatorship of the children while they live at home. FULL STORY

I left a hefty comment there-

Any time a story appears that casts CPS in a bad light, people jump to defend CPS because they "believe" in CPS.

Why?

People who haven't experienced them DO NOT know what CPS is.

1- CPS is NOT the police.

2- CPS agents take NO Oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the USA"

3- CPS "investigations" are NOT actual investigations.

4- CPS agents operate by NO moral or Ethical standards whatsoever

5- CPS agents obey no law whatsoever, they are totally unaccountable to anyone, everything is "secret", and they have immunity or impunity if they do get caught doing their standard malfeasance, lying, fabricating evidence, hiding exculpatory evidence, and character assassinations.

6- There is not a dime's bit of difference between CPS and the Nazi SS. CPS is Tyranny.

On the other hand, families (and the children too) have Constitutional Rights, which CPS agents routinely and daily violate.

These continual violations of the Constitutional Rights are a WAR against families and are Federal Crimes.

CPS destroys every life they touch.
