Maryland catches up with child neglect laws

Until this month, Maryland was the only state in the nation where child neglect was not a crime.

Two weeks ago, the General Assembly passed the Child Neglect Bill, legislation that will make intentional child neglect a criminal act in Maryland.

....Brown commented on the difference between the current law and the bills that had previously been drafted,

“We have worked hard to ensure that our bill will only punish truly egregious and intentional cases of neglect that clearly deserve prosecution.” FULL STORY

Totally unlike the false allegations and malicious prosecutions dishing out ungodly Legal Abuse to parents in the other 49 states, Canada, England and every other westernized country in the world?
